behold the missing link... nothin too special, primarily a space carved out specifically for picture taking...
pretty simple construction, a plywood frame with a bent piece of transparent plastic (light diffuser and the bent plastic makes your back drop seamless!... even cooler!) for the photo surface. i use two 100W halogen lights on the left and right side with a diffused halogen light under the transparent plastic thingy (i've been told this eliminates the shadows?) a mostly consistent back-ground can make a big difference on the professional look of your gallery. The easier it iz to see/focus on the art the more it will be looked at!!! ***GOOD LUCK***
what kinda lights are you using?
i don't like what the flash does to my pics

underlighting..?
hey dosh, have you tried putting a light under the table? i thought i read that will help get rid of the shadows under/behind your pieces. lemme know if you post any with that setup.. or if it works. i don't comment much, but i'm another admirer of your style. i try not to look too often, because lots of similar feels/looks are in my head. thanks for the eyecandy!
