Thanks for looking at my galleries! I've been lampworking full time since December '05. I am mainly self taught and I owe a lot of what I've learned to this website and the melting pot. Thanks to all of you who have been so helpful along the way. Feel free to use the "contact artist" button to inquire about custom work.

high class!!
you're startin off high class style. that warehouse looks great. when i started on my own, i only had 2 sticks of turbo and 2 sticks of ruby. i'd spend $20 at a time at winship. i lived 5 minutes away so i would go almost everyday. 2 sticks at a time. good luck. cut a square of dichro, smash between two pieces of 12mm rod and twist it up for some galaxy marbles. chris.

Rock on!
Thanks for the comments guys. The warehouse itself isn't mine, it's my buddy's studio. I just have some space here for my torch in return for helping him with the offhand softglass. Can't wait to make a galaxy marble! Thanks LAglass! We don't have a hood over the torches, but we have pretty good ventilation out there. There's a foot of mesh screen between the top of the walls and the roof all the way around, there's an exhaust fan behind the furnace, there are two large garage doors we leave open, with a big fan on one end to create some pretty nice airflow. Granted, a hood over the torches would be ideal, but it's not really an option right now. Come August I'll be moving my torch to my new house and I'll set up a hood there. Thanks for thinking about my health though! Anyone else have any dichro tips?

Nice Setup
I see someone else uses their pottery while blowing glass! Now that's stylish heh. The new piece is sick, keep posting!

Pottery??
I don't see any pottery. Were you talking about the bowl of dichro?? That's some of my offhand softglass work. If that's what you were talking about, that is. Sometimes I think pottery would be fun too, but there's just too many things to do and not enough time for them all! Thanks for the compliment though!
