1) Work really looooong hours
2) Melt only large objects
3) Don't wear a shirt
Remember, when it comes to heat rash, there are no shortcuts. A heat rash this intense can only be achieved by seriously hard and dedicated work! Follow this method I have outlined above and you too are on your way to sporting a heat rash as stunning as this one.
