The piece is a full coil pot with I think 9 sections. Surface decoration is new for me and "galaxy" marble is the first one in awhile! I am going to be doing more surface relief soon.

I made this piece late last year, it is a very standard can inside/out decoration, but outside has lots of marbles and spikes that hold a series of wrapped gems in silver and copper wiring. The down stem is removable and the stem yellow tube with brace marble - check it. Gems are tourmalines, zincite, pyritized ammonites, flourite, kyanite, garnet, turquoise, and many more

I rolled up 2 grams of crushed black and white opal in this beast! One of my first 2" or bigger marbles ever! Turned out to be one of my favorites.

I made this piece in 2007 and recently sandblasted it - nothing fancy just wanted an archival place for it

This is a new one - not so much I like here, but shape and structural aspects will be further honed - check it

I have been "fooling" with the manipulation of glass since 2003 or so and have since been falling into an obsession of sorts. I made mostly solid beads, pendants, and marbles the first three or more years - no pipes! Then, I discovered the vast creative expression that pipe makers are using and innovating all the time. There are no limits to the direction of glass and its many possibilities, whether it be pipes or not. This is a place of freedom and challenge all at once! Marbles are still my favorite thing to make, but hollow glass has me by the balls! Much thanks to all that have helped me along the way - Denny from the Vinery in Madison, Blue, friendly suggestions, and most of all, lately, Lupe- Helping me to devise a plan to my action! Great studio he provides me as well- much thanks to all!
