This was a fun piece to make! Its a 21 section with Acid Yellow, Red Crayon, Forest Green, and Turbo Cobalt. This piece is all inside out. Some of the more elaborate pattern work ive done...:) (Im kinda experimenting with this type of thing) More to come for sure...:) This piece also has a flush mounted glass on glass fitting for the stem! First one ive made to have this! Hope you dig it! Thanks for peeping! And just so you all know i just organized my gallery so its easier on the brain....:) it was getting cluttered... Peace~~~Eusheen

Been on the torch since January of 2000 Recently became more addicted to glass then i ever have! I owe many thanks to Toadstool Gilbert, Mike Luna And Darby for opening this world up to me! Also thanks to Daniel Trilli and all the Homies in Arizona for my most recent major inspiration! Glass will be my life until i cant use my hands anymore! if anyone would be interested in lessons just drop me a line....:)
PS. In order to pursue my own styles i will no longer be doing custom pieces. All glass for viewing only......Thanks~~~;) Eush

cool
I do the same as you. Some people do recessed bowls(without rubber) I have done one, but to me it was a weak point in the piece, and stressed the structural integrity of the piece. I don't like the rubber either, but seems to be the best way to go.

thats why they all stick out
its hard to recess the gong piece and have it still be a proper seal without comprimising the shape of the gong joint....they either need to stick out or i guess you use rubber, i made one recessed one that worked, but ive effed up a few others...
