ive found that i love making marbles. this is my favorite piece of glass that ive made to date. i made a series of these for a local waterpipe line. this one is only an inch and a half. i want to further develope these as i have a few dif ideas in mind that will really set these apart. and crazy respect to Gateson Recko, his work was a huge inspiration. i hope that at some point my work is as amazing as his.
all these pics are of the same marble, just dif angles.

i think im finaly starting to get this. this piece is my best yet. it came out almost exactly as i intended it to. i think this is improvement from the last piece i did in respect to shape but tell me what you think. all the black were coil potted sections and i used a sleved tube pull for the reversals. jet black, red crayon, orange crayon, rasta gold and acid yellow. 9 sections all together. thanx for looking.

made this for a friend that wanted something rasta. this is the tallest piece ive done so far 8 inches. not too much improvement in shape but a step forward in size. i guess steps are steps..right?

i had made the one that is in my gallery and it was our shop piece since and it recently cracked...we dont know what happened. so i decided to make another because it worked so well. this one found a new owner tho. i think the reversals on this one came out alot better than the ones on the first one. check em both out and tell me what you think. thanx.

this is my experiment with seals. its got a stem and a stemelss. the perk is actualy 3 pieces. one 2 built on the arm of the pipe and 2 on the can then once bridged the pieces were welded together and shaped. i really like the reversals on this one i call the one on the can "eclipse" reminds me of an solar eclipse.

one of my bigger pieces yet and my favorite bub i've done so far. i realy tried to focus on the symetry on the arm of the piece.
MAD props and respect to eush and banjo and the work they do. thier work played as heavy inspiration while making this one. thanks guys.

so its been a year since ive been on the torch. ive had a few burns, cust and blisters...but i fucking love every bit of it and would rather be doing nothing but. recently ive quit my job and have been doing production full time and i wanted to make something that represents some of the ground ive covered in the last year. ive been playing with dif ideas pushing myself to grow my ability and i could have tried a bunch of things that are new to me but i decided to use the techniques that im good at upto now. so here it is its kinda basic but im no badass! lavander tube with jet black, blue spruce, peacock, lapis, star white, and that purple i cant spell in the reversals, a double sided alaskan thunder honeycomb disk and tripple passion honeycomb mib on the top of the horn in the middle. the mib didnt strike the way i wanted it to so you cant really see the comb. so i hope you all dig this one and thanks to styles for some of the knowledge and all the kings on here for all the insperation. PEACE!

this is in my oppinion probably one of the nicest pieces ive done. the name comes from the reversal in the mouth piece, it looks like a scorpion to me. i really like the suspended mib. i wanted to capture an opal but i didnt have one so i did some frit instead, i came close to sone of the colors seen in a synthetic opal but not quite. im currently working on a bigger stemless in a similar shape with warm colors on clear. hope you dig.

so its the end of the year and i felt like i needed to push myself so here is what came out of it
my biggest, most complicated pices to date...and my first in-line
i used jet black, plum krazy, skyline and i think lapis. there are 29 sections not including the clear.
my bitch windown are gettin better and overall my work is getting bigger. i wanted to focus on size on this one and at 9 1/4 inches tall i feel like i acomplished my goal.
i hope you guys like this one as much as i do. thanks for looking.

I learaned honeycombs from my friend Styles. I have been playing with shape alot applying different concepts to move glass. The blue bub is my second bub ever and a lesson learned in patience, thats what happens when you dont leave it in the kiln as long as supposed to be.
