This is the current centerfold of Cannabis Culture Magazine (Nov/Dec). Unfortunately in the CF Banjo's name was dropped!! Big sorry to banjo, it was an accident after I saw the proof.
The Magazine is featuring the Bern Galley's "Pipe Classic" in the Jan/Feb issue. More to come.
Thanks to Nick for letting me take the photo. And of course huge props to Banjo for being the creator of this inspiring piece. I am starting to get feedback on this shot, they love it! Kris

As Some know The Bern Gallery Held The pipe classic recently, Marbleslinger and I were lucky enough to be invited to document the event. These photo's are the final pipes from each competitor. The event was very well put together and i think tito deserves a big thanks for all the work he put into it. anyway this is just one shot from each of the competitors, it would be interesting to see which is voted "the best" here, i will leave it up to tito to tell you which pipe "won". the whole event was a heap of fun with everybody really enjoying themselves. Thanks to everybody who atteneded and to the bern Gallery for putting it on. Kris

Well after a lot of hard work issue number 64 of Cannabis Culture Magazine has come out, here is a sneak preview of the glass featured in it.
First up is the "Pipe Classic" hosted by Bern Glass. Written by Marbleslinger.
There is the "Amanita and Fern" piece by Chaz as the centerfold.
And finally there is the new Magazine regular "Glass Masters" with Clinton as the first master featured.
The Mag is looking like it will be in the store's on Jan 21.
Huge thank you to everyone involved in letting this happen.
CC Mag is committed to representing the glass community in a responsible and intelligent manner.
Love to hear your thoughts. Kris

Hi everyone, Well finally the May/June Issue has come out in it this issue is the one and only Slinger. This image is just a shitty scan from the mag so apologies. I have spent a lot of time with slinger last summer. There is a lot more to him than meets the eye.Although i think that i am not telling you anything that you don't already know. Meeting everyone with him was like jumping in the deep end regarding this most interesting and inspirational group of people. Keep up the good work everyone. Kris

I see a whole heap of really nice pieces here with photo's that don't do them justice.
I have a couple of quick examples of resizing/white balance/ level adjustment/background cleanup etc.
If you have a piece that needs photo's that represent it's true quality, feel free to email me with the original that YOU took and i will see what i can do for you. Not everything can be rescued but i will try. Keep up the good work kris

Hello Guys, I am playing with an idea that i have been sitting on for awhile. Putting the pipes in a different setting. This is from a shoot last night, bit of a sneek peek from the next issue. Glass is by the talented Hippo And Redbeard. Model is Rhiannon. Kris

Although I am not a glass blower, I am a photographer. I was first introduced to high quality glass by Tito of Bern Glass and have since spent a lot of time with Marbleslinger helping with his film. Along the way i have been taking lots of photo's and honing my skills. I am now getting happy with the results and can achieve many different looks, I will happily give any advice that I can, I encourage everyone to document all their work. I am committed to creating professional high quality images, and being there for anybody that wants help. kris Myspace http://www.myspace.com/krisgardner
