I love glass blowing almost as much as my family. i've been blowing glass for almost eight years, starting in soft glass and now in flame working. my parents are both bronze casting sculptors. Dad with country western style, and my mom with more european and contemporary flare. My grand father was also a sculptor of country western art from montana, Earl Erin Heikka. Art is my life. -Lisa

YOUR DEFINITELY ON THE RIGHT TRACK. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
ONE OBSERVATION IF I MAY? IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR MAKING YOUR SECTIONS ONE AT A TIME THEN PIECING THEM TOGETHER. THE KEY TO MAKING YOUR LIFE EASIER IS LOTS OF PREP WORK. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS TRY TO PREP TWO OR THREE LARGER PIECES OF PREP. THEN PULL A LONG EVEN TUBE AND CUT INTO MULTIPLE SECTION WITH MATCHING PATERNS. IF YOU PULL A LARGE PIECE OF TUBE SMALLER YOUR PATTERNS WILL APPEAR TIGHTER, YOU'LL HAVE MORE PREP WORK LEFT OVER AND THEY WILL TURN OUT WITH MORE CONSISTANT WALL THICKNESS. CAUSING YOUR PIECES TO LOOK LESS CHUNKY AND MORE FLUID. FLAME ON PEACE AND LOVE>>>>>>>>>>...
