I have sherlocks, sidecars, hammers and sidecar sherlocks here. Dry pieces are very much a continuation of my pushing a style of shaping that I love. These pieces are a lesson in what my teacher, Ezra, taught me all those years ago.

These are kind of a standard style for me. My first lesson in making a two-piece was a hammer and they have been solid ever since.

Definately my favorite shape to make- the fact that you have to get so much of the vessel completely molten before pulling the sherlock makes me appreciate why I blow glass.

Always fun- I like encoporating a lightning bolt shape with the seals instead of the regular old sidcar.
