i got a new camera...panasonic lumix DMC-TZ5
i had originally bought a canon powershot 870is but i did a little more research after getting it home and found this one a bit more capable for just a tiny bit more money...they are both fantastic cameras...this one definitely does the job!

been lampworking since 02. southeast dave taught me the basics. after a year or so i visited fro and gained quite a slew of tricks. ive met so many awesome glassblowers from all over the country. I stopped blowing glass in 2005 and just finally got back on the torch late 07. i think ill keep at it for a while this time. thanks to everyone who is willing to offer help and advice to other lampworkers. And thanks to justin and gp.org, this is a great site.
