So October has been a pretty good month for me. I have finally taken the time to get familiar with the proper flame for fuming gold; and now it doesn't take me 10 minutes to get the gold to stick but takes about 10 seconds. Also I have switched from 25x4 to 50x1.8 for my bats.... Best change I've made in a while for my working habits and I can thank firekist from the GLDG for that. I have also been working with dichro a bit as well with out any worries. Although I have done more beads as well, I am going to make a GA.org account rather than keep posting them here (aside from my dichro bead). |

So it is almost October already? yea that came up on me fast... especially since i don't have much to show for it with my glass. I made a whole lot of bats and took some pictures of the ones that weren't too ridiculously goofy. |

I kinda slacked way too much for august pipe wise... made a bunch of beads, started fuming, did my first condensed twists, utilized frit for my first time in boro, made my first "big" marble, and yea... i still need to order me some 50 mm tubes, working from 25 is a bitch for spoons so i have been working on my chillums... i'll have that shape down soon enough hopefully, right now they aren't what i am aiming for. |

Still trying to make consistent spoons. but i still don't even know which shape i like the most... right now i feel like the one on all the way on the left or the one to that right of that one is the shape i want to aim for... Mixed some disco with black for the one on the bottom which came out nice.... improved my bowl's a bit... they are deeper and the hole is more centered in general... although some of the fuming wasn't successful on a few pieces... that is still ok though because i am still just focusing on the shape, and compatible color combinations mainly.. |

on a mission to make my own line of production... just trying to get consistent shaping and different color combinations... had a few get little cracks on em from sparkley colors mostly... but compared to june, i am progressing better and smoother with less broken pieces... |

June has been my worst month yet. although i have learned to make dropstem bubblers and made my first slide.... i have made a rediculous amount of failures this month, i can only hope that July will be better for me. |
