The Great Lakes Art Show is the central United State's first functional glass art industry trade show and flame off competition.
The flame off: December 9-10, 2009.Twelve talented glass artists will be paired into teams of two and create a theme functional glass art piece. Six pieces will be created and voted on by the glass community, in real time via the Internet. The winners will be announced on the last day of the trade show event. The trade show: Held at the Monona Terrace (designed by Frank Lloyd Wright), December 11-12, 2009. The last day will be open to the general public. There will be glass art represented in all forms, from heady glass art created by the industry's most talented artists, to the finest USA made production glass. http://www.greatlakesartshow.com/ Images

I can finally get on GP...I could not get on for a long time...Don't know why...Anyhow the Madison show was a great great experience for me.So many awsome artists and people..Way to many to name so I just want to thank all of you who were there.... Keep pushin on with the good vibes and creativity, and talent...Here are a few pics..I didn't take a whole lot but I thought I would share them anyways..I'll be posting more of my work that was in the show soon....Hope everyone's travels home were safe...See ya at the next one for sure.... |
