this set has 24 different chips in each piece..almost all the different color combos i have done the last couple years.. each weave was assembled in exactly the same pattern.. in the sherlock i assembled the stem opposing the can, so that from each side of the piece, you dont see any repeating chips..they are also connected at the same chip..

kinda wordy, but wanted to explain..

howdy, i'm chris and i've been blowin glass since spring 01'. got to start the real adventure three years in, makin other than production. i love clean lines and lots of contrast. art deco and graffiti are probably my biggest influences. it been a blast, and it keeps getting better all the time. most of my nicer stuff is at the sandbox here in southern cali. i plan on doing this till the day i die. buck fush. i love you all. i hope you enjoy. i always welcome any advice or pointers or questions. also, none of the glass displayed here is for sale. thanks for looking, chris. PROPS and major influence - Tommy Chong for opening the door to this amazing medium and lifestyle.jeremiah G cleaned me up and taught me the basics, Arturo Ulloa taught me all the tricks and keeps SoCAl real., jefe Mcwild helped me look at it from another angle, Jamie made it possible for me to explore and gave me the space and tools to do it. Now i'm in Oregon and have to give love to Marcel, J.Lee, and Dale for welcoming me into one the sickest studios on the planet. and to Shad and the SOul Fired crew, kickin down mad knowledge and good times...

    4EVER Nate C: I finally stacked enough to get my shit together, 19 long months just grindin hating life to the fullest, my passion for glass left me feeling pretty desolate when i bailed out on the screaming prodo tyrant i was working for, its hurtful to be wayyyyyyyyyyyyy underpaid and watch him sell my 30+ re-ball sets for 120$ and then yell at me about losin money AND SCREAMING AT ME if somthin cracked, then he made a no pieces that take make than ten or 15 minutes rule, i had to leave, thats not why i do this, it wasnt an easy time for me i shut the whole world out but now that i can actually cash in my chips so to speak imma have a shop within walking distance, i live in a duplex so i just cant do it here, the shop close by is within walkin distance and already a close friend has a single station already and tues i'm goin to work for mike and bringin some cash and gettin me a torch, i actually made a lil slump hammer tonite and pulled some poppin ass tube tonite and imma do a ton of smaller more creative stuff for some time, i know i'll always make a standup at least once a month but my friends got a whole storefront to fill and only has five pipes, so he needs alittle help with some fun stuff to look at while he goes prodo crazy lol! thought i'd drop you a line as you always have been a huge inspiration to me since day one, peace chris. -nate c
