Turned out pretty cool lookin. Doesn't really bubble very well. I think it will go back into the lab and I'll try and make it function better...

The blowouts are DAP & Onyx. Marble is an Onyx reti on top of Oregon grey with some dots and horns. Measures 2.25" x 6.5"

Got inspired by the recent Smiley stemless bubs... This one is of course far inferior :) ... Quite fun to make though.

This one stands 6.5" tall and the can is 2.5" wide... No marbs or attachments. Just going for shape. Thanks for looking!

Fumed sidecar bub... This peice was made late 2004. It's all outside work except the silver fumed honeycomb. It's fun to take away all the colors and just work with fume sometimes...

cool blue... kind of an ugly one too. didn't quite get the perportions right as far as the stem to can size. I like the coloring technique though.

Ruby K blow outs blown into 38hvy... Yup, my first attempt at a blow-in. I really like the effect, especially with the Ruby K seconds... Hard to keep control of this color in other applications. I think it works nicely in this one though... Oh and a murrine I made myself, very simple one :)

Hammer bub... couple of reversals... fumed blue tube... Probably made early 2005. I was really proud of myself for this one. Definitely marked a progression stage for me. It looks a little off to me now though :P

7.5" long by 5" tall by 4" wide. Stem is 3 peices, can is 2... little implo. marb. Nice and hefty :) This one was one of my first attempts at using mainly fume and clear for inside out work. I would really like to see what it looks like after some use.

A little sherly bub made for the pocket. Just don't forget to empty the water out first! :).

Another pocket sized bubbler. This little guy is just fun to hold on to. Lots of different patterns to trip out on as well.

reminds of some sort of underwater scene... This guy definitely marked a turning point for me. was the first nearly heady type of work I had produced at the time. Probably was the beginning of trying to shape the glass more organically with the pull offs as well...

Having fun with bowties. This one was when I first discovered how to pull off a bowtie. I put four of em on this guy. I really liked the black backing too. It's kind of a booby trap as if there is water in it getting stuff out of the jar would be tricky...

This guy was done during a time that I was playing with fume/frit and profile tube quite a bit. I also put in a window on the front of the can. It's hard to tell that it is a seperate peice, I probably should have put a border around it to bring it out more. Was playing around with the horn type attachments too. Got lazy and made it a kettle style bub though :).

pretty simple sidecar bub. I kept the colors and patterns uniform on this one though. I like the size and shape as well. Thanks for looking!

I really liked the way this one turned out. It was nice and solid. very clean and simple. Always fun to play with the bowties.

this was a fun one... I got really into this coloring method for a while. I love the way that the color fades from one to the other. The magnifiers make it look sweet too!

word... I really like the way this guy turned out. The honeycombs are Dark Blue Amber Purple. The rest of the peice is a hand pulled Onyx tube. Sorry the pix are a bit blurry, forgot to use Macro mode on the camera :) Thanks for looking...
