This inside out peice has a nice little bouquet of reduction marbles with flowers inside. The rose on the right side is kind of hard to see in the picture, though.

New hammer peice...
Yup, new hammer peice. I have been liking this shape lately. A little pinwheeling and a couple reversals... The bow tie on the mouth peice got some color that came up to the surface giving it kind of a two layered effect.

2. Latti Hammer XL
I love this piece! for many reasons, the main one is that mig took all the latti shorts he could find in the shop (20 different in all) and pulled this off...the latti shorts date back from the first time we ever figured out how to pull a latti cane from three years ago up to this last summer, so it has 20 different stories to tell...it sounds goofey, but any craftsman of any trade knows what I'm getting at here...enjoy (i know i will)....exce...

A New Spin On An Old Classic
This was a quickie... I typically think that the classic form or a hammer sholdn't be altered with lots of attatchments... however ther are exceptions to every rule... the orange in this piece was rather unusual aswell... a very dark batch from G.A. The teal is an old Northstar color I've been holding onto for awhile...

New little guy...
The black is one of abes color tubes. Plum kush I believe(it's purple when you hold it up to the light). Other sections are ice blue(i think) coiled up and fumed on the inside.
Thanks...

wet paint
I was joking around with my friend the other night about various things, the slurms from Futurama being among them. I had just enough stick stack left to make this piece so, I thought a slug-man running around spilling color would be cool. only the one pic has the splash of paint flying out of the jar because it's a tad to heavy and wants to pull the piece over. I am going to make a new hollow paint splash to stop up the jar instead of the sol...

shiny reversal piece
playing around with some tribal and similar techs... different spirally/wiggidy reversaly stuff. the colors are atlantis and aquamarine sparkle, super unob, and plum kush, with no clear coat so the joins would be more crisp. it was all covered in devit/phase separation while i was working it, but came out of the kiln pretty smooth, i was surprised. i'm diggin the color matching/joining possibilities, i can see why so many ppl do these kinds o...

Tangent Where Art Thou
This bubbler is the third collaboration effort that myself and Tangent have put together. First we sketched it out, then we rocked it out at a party at the Beaumont Studios in False Creek, Vancouver, BC. The abacus was Tangent's idea, the beautiful beads were created by Stussy Glass, one of my first students. Tangent was here, but now he's gone...call me when you peep this bro!!
