This is a quick sherlock that I made yesterday... done in the unmistakeable Fro/Shad style which I thought was interesting.... I've always been such a fan of very traditional sherlocks... so this was a real departure from my usual sherlock technique... had lots of fun with it... I also threw in a really techy pull apart that I have never seen anywhere else.... over all it feels very elegant and classy in your hand yet it is pretty simple..... Enjoy!

This here is a collab w/my shopmate mark....traditional style-this piece was inspired by an Endagered Species (Extinct really) called "Indians"or Native Americans......This was made for my friends new Club opening on 4/20...the feathers are from a hawk ,there's a sea shell and ceramic bead w/ leaf on the leather strap-feathers are tied w/hemp twine and bees wax-it's about 18" long X 8" tall....i figured i'd wait for all the other 4/20 posters to calm down a bit....and i guess i was a little lazy too.....so ,thanks for looking!

I'm back in the land of the dry piece...after having only made a dozen or two dry pieces over the last few years,I'm suddenly feeling the headdie dry again...I gotta make more of these!!This used to be my favorite type of work ...now I remember why! Bearclaw, Dosher,Fro and alot of you other dudes sometimes post some pretty sick dry stuff! So thanks to you guys for gettin me in a new groove & givin' me a little inspiration...Var... is the spice of life...

I realy like this color combo and I have pulled shatloads of onyx X jade/bling tube cane, usually I get 1.5 to 2lbs. per pull... The shit never looses it's charm, for me...

it's been a while since i've done any tribal, fun though.. this set is for SM and his initials were done in reversals in the mouthpiece of the dry and in a mib on the bub. had lot of fun making this set colors are chartreuse, forest, evergreen, black violet, twilight, blue spruce and precision's opaque aqua..thanks to Ben and Anne for the cuts..

Fro sparked this pattern in my head.
it was more work than i had envisioned.
it got large and in charge quickly.
id love to see someone step this pattern up and do 3 of these into another.
the main drop section is egyption white sands and the rest is star white.
unobtanium goodness. yum yum.

the second one was an experiment which i kept for myself. I sandblasted and painted on some copper suspended in resin. Interesting stuff, it is actually copper, but the resin didnt seem to ever dry 100%, and its rubbing off now. I bought a varnish but havent tried it yet. I also pretty much f-d up the shape of the stem and the cane in the blaster so im just gonna keep experimenting with this piece. anyway....

another late-night adventure, this one began with no vision of the end product. a streached tripple donut was all i had in mind. from there, many inspirations twisted through my mind, but i think some of Cuatro's seaforms were most prominent. colors were achieved by blowing a Peacock Chamelion coilpot into a gold-fumed clear tube(thanks, slinger), then some depth re-arrangement, through honeycombing and inside-outing with clear(and more gold on the inside) i really like this color combo, and the contrast... it didn't photograph well, tho, it's much more vibrant in hand than on-screen. approx 6" long................

A couple Drys....:) My brother Shen/Aillin made all the green and i put them together! Green tubing with silver fume and clear lines....:) Looks nice just make sure you get the green that doesn't crack! We had a little of the good stuff! Other colors include: Paramour White, Aqua Azul, Amazon Lagoon, Amazon Night, Blue Moon, and Turbo Cobalt. More pieces coming soon from us! Thanks for checkin um!

i was going to roll with this style for a min but i got into some other things and this is the only one that came to be. props to Aaron F. and JP on the color pattern style. it tetris' on the fade.
i could of had the piece fully red on one side and yellow on the other but the stem through it off. thanks to slutty for pickin this bad boy up! the bowl on it is amazingly wide/large.
