Banjo, Mouse, Shad, Chaz, Drew, Jared Sandifer, and Tristan came together down in Arcata, California to create a collaborative sculptural pipe of epic proportions. These guys blew my mind with this piece, and Kris Gardner was there with me to capture it on film. Special thanx to Mouse for the place to stay, Banjo for the warm hospitality, the whole crew in the shop, Tony, Rich, Cody, Annie, Matty, Jared Delong, Dan Benway, and Robert Mickelson and all the other Arcata folk for making us feel at home.

i caught a couple of rats in the act of vandalizing my bubbler with their wildstyle patternwork while it was in the kiln....
November 2006.
this piece was inspired by the artist BANKSY. www.banksy.co.uk.... effort bewteen myself and Bryan Ratcliffe, aka CoolLiguid, aka Rat Dog, aka Rat Dizzle, aka Rat Diggler, aka Surf Rat, aka Ratty B, aka Ratmosphere.....
... conceived the idea, made the bubbler, did the photoshoping, and sandblasting. Rat Digs was hired to sculpt a rat smoking a pipe and he also attached the rat and the horns to the bub. Thanx Rat dog! Big ups BANKSY, he is one of my favorite artists.
