First off, the inline was originated by Hops and is a great tech addition to piping, therefor props to Hops!!! I put most of the piece together. FREEEK gave me the fillachello and the spiral comb. The Inline is 44mm tube with a 19mm inner tube. Roughly 15 inchis long and has a penitration mouh piece. We have a few sections that match the stack. As soon as we get together again were gonna make one twice as gnarly!! Peace

In the seventeenth century there was a large population explosion happening, and the structures of institutions such as hospitals, schools, the military, and prisons had to come up with new ways to deal with the large demographic thrust. In 1785, philosopher Jeremy Bentham proposed a model for a new prison called the "Panotpicon". The Pantopticon model prison was based on the premise of a central tower, in which one prison guard could observe all the prisoners at all times, while prisoners would not ever see the prison guard, and therefore had no idea when they were being watched. Since the prisoner must always assume they are being watched, discipline is internalized. Mental uncertainty in itself would prove to be a crucial instrument for discipline.
