I got to take a class with Bandhu in sept and got to see him hollow sculpt a human figure and now my ladies no longer look like NFL line-backers in drag, so thank you Bandhu for fixing me.
Comic books, cartoons, video games, Banjo, and Dark Horus. these things all cross my mind when I think about sculpting in glass. They have been a big help to me in thinking about glass in a way that is foriegn to my norm.
Thanks to Sarah and AJ for their amazing contributions. This was only half a piece when I showed it to them. Sarah's Silver Chains and Collar and AJ's Gear base made all the difference in the world to me on this one.

This piece was a response to Ashcroft's "operation pipedreams" and its dramatic effect on our culture.
The camoflauge and barb-wire chamber represents the underground nature of our scene.
The black helicopter is the "man" flying in to limit our freedoms and attempt to disrupt our peacefull way of life.
Their missiles of fascism find their way in but the explosions sparkle with dichro rather than burn.
Finally, the sword pommel stem is a reference to the Sword in the Stone of king Arthur. Which of us will rise to slay the beast and lead us to new horizons?
With all the distibutors shutting down and having no contacts to sell my work, I made this piece out of despair. I put two weeks into it and $300 into postcards of it at a time when it was hard to eat.
It sold when nothing else would for me, and it launched a rebirth in my work.

P.S. This is the only pic i have of this piece. If the owner could hook me up with nice pics, i would kick down something nice.

They would often be possesed by the spirit of a wolf or bear.

2007 was an amazing year and i am very greatful to be a part of this community. Thank you all for your continued inspiration. This site has been my homepage for the last three year. I would not be where i am today if it were not for all of you:) Thank you.
This piece is the last piece i made in 2007. finished at 4am on the 31st. it is also the first piece i made when i got back from Australia might i add. Which was an amazing place!
I learned to chill out and take life a little slower out there. Us Americans tend to go into hyper speed and that never works out for too long.I also learned about teaching, an essential skill that i was somewhat unexperienced with. Thanks to Justin and Amy out in OZ for all of their hospitality.

This is a 20 inch dual chamber stemless bub. All stock and Flower marble made by Natey. the disco was made by Shen.I was able to spend all of my time Shaping and didn't have to do a single color pull. This piece has multi layers of color with black violet, elvis, persimmon strike, and disco. About 30 hours went into this piece and i finished it at 9:00 this morning~me tired.....Thanks for all of your support~ Peace~~~Eush

I love leftovers. The horned stem section has been on my bench for about a year and a half and the head for about 3 months. I decided it was good material so I put it to good use. Went about two days further than I anticipated but it was well worth it. 13 inches tall. Thanks for looking

This is the longest piece i have made at 24 inches! It incorporates a twist on The Hops inline which i call the Upline. It functions in a similar way with a multiple hole defuser but works vertically. Oh and there are cuts on the discs too:) I'll be showing this piece and others at the Rolling High and Holywaters booths in Vegas this week at C.H.A.M.P.S.
I hope to see some of you there!
