made w/a thick pice of dark plum and the wave is a huge glaxy dicro marble incased in light blue w white for mist (almost xmas and im gitting a new camra for quality pics sorry closeups suck

the marlin sculpture is blown. the structure is solid mixed color. the vessel and foot are made of scalloped tube without the use of a lathe.
the marlin is made using true encalmo. two coilpotted sections of mixed color, with lots of sparkle, on either side of a section of coilpotted lemon drop.

We tested it with a PBR and it works ....the size reference is a PBR pounder. it stands 24 inches high.....this is a colaboration between Nathan Purcell and Josh Opdenaker....I t can't be smoked but it can be drank (by two people at the same time)....peace Phillyglassworks.... made by Hand...Josh made the Faces and I made the foot and the cup...thanks for lookin...

From tip of clear red flower to dirt 9in and from red dichroic flower to green dichroic flower is 8in. Water trickles out of a hollow petal from top clear red flower into a cobalt bowl behind the dichoic red and dichoic yellow flower then trickles into a second cobalt bowl that let's it finally trickle past the roots into the bottom cobalt bowl that sets level with the dirt surrounded by greenery of a house plant.

I've started making a few of these lately. This was one of the first 2. From that has now stemmed a double mushroom bubbler and then another more detailed double mushroom bubbler (pics soon to come) as well as mushroom jars & onies & one like this one with a raver hello kitty sitting on it with some glowing uranium dots/wings/jewelry

These were so much fun to make and I'll be making lots more different skull designs in other colors soon....These are the 3rd and 4th ones in this series...the colored one is made with silver amethyst tube and rod....Unfortunately I didn't get very good pics of these pieces before they were gone...The Clear fumed one was especially difficult to photograph the detail...its hard to make out that he has a packed mini pipe in his mouth...not having decent pics of these pieces prompted me to start learning better glass photography! so hopefully better pics to come...
